KOTOWAZA POUCH -Asanoha (Crimson Star)

A special pouch made from the same vintage kimono as the KOTOWAZA BAG.

The first batch of items features the embroidered phrase "Treasure every encounter." The double-sided embroidery allows for two different looks, with Japanese and English written on the front and back. Original tassels, carefully handcrafted one by one, sway from the side. The lining is made of high-quality polyester Japanese pattern fabric, which brightens your heart every time you open it. Encountering vintage fabric is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

From a distance, this pattern resembles a sky scattered with countless stars. Look closer, and you'll discover the traditional Japanese Asanoha (Hemp Leaf) motif, formed by repeating geometric hexagons.

Because hemp grows straight and strong, Asanoha has long symbolized healthy growth, protection, and good fortune. It is one of Japan's most cherished auspicious patterns.

Daily care:
After use, gently wipe off any dust from the surface with a soft cloth.

If it gets dirty:
Remove dirt by gently patting with a dry cloth. Rubbing can damage the fabric and cause pilling.

Stain removal:
If there is any stain that won't come off, we recommend that you do not try to rub it off forcefully, but instead consult a professional kimono dry cleaner.

Please hand wash or dry clean to maintain the quality. Avoid machine washing.
