Returns or exchanges of purchased items will only be processed in accordance with our established refund policy. Furthermore, products are intended for personal use only; purchases for resale or export are not permitted.
Article 4 - Pricing and Billing
International Shipping: Shipping fees are included in the listed price. (Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, and transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.)
Domestic Shipping (Within Japan): Shipping fees are not included and will be calculated at checkout.
By completing your purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay the listed price and any associated costs.
Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer at the time the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that these taxes and fees are determined by the customs authorities of each country, and we are unable to predict or control their amount.
If the customer refuses to pay customs duties or if the package is returned to us due to customs procedures, any return shipping costs and related fees will not be refunded.

Whilst our shop utilises the Shopify platform, sales contracts with customers are formed directly between the customer and our shop. Shopify assumes no responsibility whatsoever for transactions on this Service or the quality of goods.
