Shipping origin: Japan (Tokyo)

[ 1. Dispatch processing time ]

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 working days of confirmation (except where out of stock or made-to-order, in which case separate notification will be provided). Orders placed after 17:00 Japan Standard Time will be processed on the following working day. Once dispatch preparations are complete, a shipping notification including a tracking number will be sent by email.

[ 2. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times ]

・Domestic (Japan): Yamato Transport / Japan Post etc. (tracked). Estimated 2-4 working days after dispatch.

・International: As a general rule, all items are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) with a tracking number.

Asia (Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia): 3-7 working days

Europe, the United Kingdom and the UAE: 6-12 working days

Australia: 8-14 working days

Other regions: 10-20 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

For overseas deliveries, please enter your address in English (Romanised characters).

We are currently not shipping to the United States, Canada, Sweden and Denmark.

[ 3. Delivery charges ]

Shipping fees depend on the destination and the order total, and are calculated at checkout.

・Japan: Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu JPY 880 / Hokkaido JPY 1,760 / Okinawa JPY 2,430 (free shipping on orders of JPY 20,000 or more)

・Taiwan and South Korea: JPY 1,450 for orders under JPY 10,000 / JPY 1,600 for orders of JPY 10,000 or more (free shipping on orders of JPY 25,000 or more)

・Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia: JPY 1,900 for orders under JPY 10,000 / JPY 2,150 for orders of JPY 10,000 or more (free shipping on orders of JPY 30,000 or more)

・Europe, the UAE and Australia: JPY 3,150 for orders under JPY 10,000 / JPY 3,400 for orders of JPY 10,000 or more (free shipping on orders of JPY 30,000 or more)

・United Kingdom: GBP 16 for orders under GBP 49 / GBP 17 for orders of GBP 49 or more (free shipping on orders of GBP 150 or more)

Shipping fees are shown in Japanese yen or in your local currency; amounts in local currency vary with exchange rates.

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the listed price (see section 4).

[ 4. Duties and taxes ]

Customs duties, import taxes (including VAT and GST) and customs clearance fees that may occur for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient (customer). These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected by the destination country's customs authorities or the shipping carrier upon delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or if the package is returned to us due to customs procedures, any return shipping costs and related fees will not be refunded.

[ 5. Loss or damage during delivery ]

・Damage or initial defects: Please contact yura.modern2025@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery completion date shown on the tracking, attaching photographs of the outer packaging and the item.

・Loss during delivery: If your order has not arrived 30 days after the dispatch notification, please contact us. We will investigate in cooperation with the delivery company.

[ 6. Refusal of delivery / incorrect address ]

Should an item be returned due to prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or an incorrectly entered address, the customer shall bear the costs of reshipment, as well as any return shipping charges and associated fees incurred during the return process.

[ 7. Special notes ]

Our products are primarily one-of-a-kind or handmade items. Should you have any special delivery requests (such as additional insurance or gift wrapping), please consult us before placing your order.
