Shipping origin: Japan (Tokyo)
1. Dispatch processing time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 working days of confirmation (except where out of stock or made-to-order, in which case separate notification will be provided). Orders placed after 17:00 Japan Standard Time will be processed on the following working day. Once dispatch preparations are complete, a shipping notification including a tracking number will be sent by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (Japan): Yamato Transport / Japan Post etc. (Tracked) — Estimated 2-4 business days after dispatch.
- International Shipping: As a general rule, all items are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) with a tracking number.
- Asia: 3–7 working days
- North America/Europe: 7–21 working days
- Other Regions: 10–20 working days ※Subject to change due to customs clearance and other factors. For overseas deliveries, please ensure addresses are entered in English (Romanised characters).
3. Delivery Charges
International Shipping: The listed price includes all shipping fees. However, please note that any customs duties, import taxes, and transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic Shipping (Within Japan): Shipping fees are not included in the listed price and will be calculated at checkout.
By completing your purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay the listed price along with any associated costs and fees.
4. Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees that may occur for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient (customer). These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected by the destination country's customs authorities or the shipping carrier upon delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or if the package is returned to us due to customs procedures, any return shipping costs and related fees will not be refunded.
5. Loss or Damage During Delivery
- Damage or Initial Defects: Please contact yura.modern2025@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery completion date shown on the tracking, attaching photographs of the outer packaging and the item.
- Loss During Delivery: If your order has not arrived 30 days after the dispatch notification, please contact us. We will investigate in cooperation with the delivery company.
6. Refusal of Delivery / Incorrect Address
Should an item be returned due to prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or an incorrectly entered address, the customer shall bear the costs of reshipment, as well as any return shipping charges and associated fees incurred during the return process.

Our products are primarily one-of-a-kind or handmade items. Should you have any special delivery requests (such as additional insurance or gift wrapping), please ensure you consult us before placing your order.
