Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, which are handmade and often crafted from vintage kimono fabrics, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, sizing, or color differences).
Please carefully review the product description, images, and measurements before purchasing.
Exceptions — When Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted
We will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The item is significantly different from the product description.

The item was damaged during shipping.

You received the wrong item.
If any of the above applies, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item at yura.modern2025@gmail.com. After reviewing your case, we will provide instructions for return, exchange, or refund.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

One-of-a-kind and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable, except in cases of defect or our error.
How to Request a Return

Always contact us first at yura.modern2025@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Shipping costs:

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If a return is accepted for customer reasons (exceptional cases), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will review and instruct you on replacement or refund procedures.
EU Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer law. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may add a few extra days.
